The remedies described above for each warranty are the only ones which SMEG will
provide, either under these warranties or under any warranty arising by operation of law.
SMEG will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages arising from
the breach of these warranties or any other warranties, whether express, implied or
statutory.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights

consumer affairs office or your state's Attorney General.
This warranty is valid only in the United States of America and Canada and apply only
when the appliance is used in the country in which it was purchased. Outside the United
States of America and Canada, this warranty does not apply.
