Matrix OE Infrastructure Orchestration Console en Systems Insight Manager muestra el mensaje

Se ha cerrado sesión en Infrastructure Orchestration Designer después de iniciarlo desde
Infrastructure Orchestration Console (mediante los botones New [Nuevo] o Edit [Editar] de la ficha
Templates [Plantillas]). Causa posible
En Infrastructure Orchestration Designer, en lugar de hacer clic en Sign Out (Desconectar), cierre
el explorador IE7 (utilizando el botón (X) de la esquina superior derecha) o cierre la ficha del Acción
explorador IE7 (utilizando el botón (X) del extremo derecho de la ficha de Infrastructure Orchestration
Designer.
No se puede mostrar la herramienta Matrix Infrastructure Orchestration debido a un
fallo de contacto con el servicio
Cuando se inicia sesión en Infrastructure Orchestration en Systems Insight Manager, aparece una
página de error con el mensaje: The Matrix Infrastructure Orchestration tool Problema

En la ventana Services (Servicios) del CMS, compruebe que se está ejecutando el servicio HP Matrix
Infrastructure Orchestration. Acción
1. Por ejemplo, en Windows 2008, seleccione Inicio
→Herramientas administrativas→Servicios.
2. Confirme que Infrastructure Orchestration tiene el estado: Iniciado.
Aparece el error "The Matrix Infrastructure Orchestration tool cannot be displayed"
al mostrar pools de servidores
Aparece la página de error de Infrastructure Orchestration The Matrix Infrastructure Orchestration
tool cannot be displayed (No se puede mostrar la herramienta Matrix Infrastructure Orchestration) Problema
en Systems Insight Manager cuando se agota el tiempo de espera de un minuto al mostrar la lista
de pools de servidores.
Causa posible •
El hipervisor del servidor o de la máquina virtual no responde.
• El servicio HP Matrix Infrastructure Orchestration está desactivado.

La red es lenta o está desconectada.
Acción • Compruebe que los servidores físicos y los hosts de VM están disponibles.

Compruebe que se ha iniciado el servicio HP Matrix Infrastructure Orchestration.
•
Compruebe que la red está configurada correctamente.
• Actualice la página Servers (Servidores).
